DMSNEAKRZ does not accept after-sales applications based on subjective opinions that a product is defective or poor quality. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service first. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!
We do our best to provide 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply for a return, please contact our customer service team and explain the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in original condition with all tags and labels attached: unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
If you want to return your items, please contact us to receive the correct return shipping address. All items must remain in original status: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Important Return Notes
- Before placing an order, confirm the color, size, and style we offer. If it is not a quality issue, DMSNEAKRZ does not accept returns.
- If DMSNEAKRZ sends the correct size but you feel it does not fit, we do not accept returns. We recommend contacting Customer Service to confirm insole measurements before shipping.
- If there is a quality problem or we shipped the wrong version, take photos of the item and send them to us. DMSNEAKRZ will take responsibility for confirmed quality issues.
- DMSNEAKRZ is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- If your item is intercepted by customs, we will resend it once (one reshipment only).
No Return or Exchange Under These Situations
- Items with quality concerns based only on subjective opinion of defective goods.
- Items that have been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.
- Items where the customer ordered the wrong size or style.
- Items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.
- Obvious issues visible in QC (including wrong size, wrong shoes, or flaws). Please review QC pictures carefully before shipping approval.
We will only issue a refund if we receive sneakers that meet the return conditions above.
