Shipping Policy

DMSNEAKRZ ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe. We work with major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination quickly and securely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

1. We accept PayPal, credit card, Mastercard, and other secure payment methods.
2. After you successfully place an order with DMSNEAKRZ, please check and reply to our confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If you have any special requests for your order, let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Note: For orders with more than one item, processing time is based on the item with the longest processing time.

We perform strict quality controls (QC) on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. Most DMSNEAKRZ orders can be shipped within 24 hours. A small number of orders may still require 3–5 business days depending on stock availability.

Processing time is not included in shipping time. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, contact our Support Center and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping usually takes 7–15 days after you confirm the QC (shoes video) message. Please be sure to check and reply to our customer message from Gmail or WhatsApp.

DMSNEAKRZ partners with major international shipping companies to offer different delivery methods.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays when manufacturers and couriers limit operations. While this is outside our control, we do our best to minimize delays.

Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active on carrier websites. If information is not available, please try again later. The estimated shipping time remains valid regardless of tracking site updates.

We highly recommend purchasing tracking and shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind while waiting for your package.

All packages are shipped from different warehouses. Items are shipped duty unpaid, so import tax may apply depending on your country's customs regulations and shipping method. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
